Anish Sharma
Anish founded Vault Financial after nearly a decade in commercial finance. He has structured more than $100 million in commercial financing transactions across SBA, asset-based, equipment and working capital, reviewed more than 5,000 transactions, and hired and trained a team of 25+ brokers.
At Vault, he personally underwrites and structures every transaction: bank declines, tax issues, credit events, contested closings and transitional assets, often with cross-collateralized or multi-layer capital structures. He advises owner-users, real estate investors and private equity groups on senior debt, bridge, mezzanine, preferred equity and specialty credit.
